Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the BabyBoon website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To request a return authorization, you must contact BabyBoon within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• All original tags and labels must be attached

• Proof of purchase is required

BabyBoon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted items

• Used, washed, or altered items

• Personal care or hygiene products once opened

• Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A defective item, or

• An incorrect item shipped by BabyBoon

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

BabyBoon reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny a return

• Issue partial refunds if items show signs of use, damage, or missing components

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify BabyBoon within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an exchange item is unavailable, BabyBoon may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a refund, or

• Offer a replacement item of equal value

9. Limitation of Liability

BabyBoon is not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed return shipments

• Items returned without authorization

• Damage occurring after delivery

10. Policy Modifications

BabyBoon reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future purchases only.
